M51 - a face-on galaxy in Ursa Major. This image, taken July 2, 2005, clearly shows
the supernova discovered a few days earlier. I didn't know about the supernova
when I took this picture, so I was thrilled to get this image. A composite of 13
images, processed the normal way.
