NGC2244- The Rosette Nebula.  Technically, 2244 refers to the open star cluster which
illuminates the Rosette.  The nebula itself has three NGC desginations - 2237, 2238,
2239 and 2246, each refering to a different segment.  This photo taken with a William
Optics Megrez 80mmSD at F6.  I was trying out this scope as it appeared it may be a near
APO quality refractor.  It isn't.  Photo consists of nine 10 minute exposures at ISO800.  I
used an Orion Skyglow filter for this image, resulting in better contrast and less chromatic
abberation, but off color stars as well.  Photo taken October 8, 2005
