NGC2438 - This planetary nebula is in the foreground of
Open Star Cluster M46 in Puppis. Resembles M57, The
Ring Nebula but is much smaller and dimmer. You can see
the entire Open Cluster M46 of which this image is a crop
here. Photo taken October 18, 2005 and is a composite of
11 images, 60 seconds each, ISO800. I used a Baader
UHC filter because of the nearly full moon.
