Welcome to our Brussels Griffon page.  It is still being developed so nothing too fancy so far.

The Brussels Griffon is the ideal companion dog.  They exist to be close to their humans…sitting next to you or on
your lap on the sofa in the evening is really all they want.  Neither too hyper nor too sedentary, they are small but
not too delicate. Their full grown weight is usually between 8 to 12 lbs.  We have not seen any unique problems to this
breed…no skin conditions or other genetic issues.  They are truly easy keepers with a minimum of grooming needs.
They require inside living and would be miserable stuck outside separated from their family.  High humidity and heat
is hard on them as they have the same face type as a Pug.

If you don't know this remarkable breed check out the movie "As Good as it Gets" with Jack Nicholson and Helen
Hunt - it's an opportunity to see the breed in action.  Vern, who has a major part in the movie was really a
female…but played a male in the movie and is adorable!

We occasionally have puppies that we hope place in wonderful homes.  As of this writing we have several waiting for
their forever homes.  We have placed a few with folks who had never owned one before and it is unanimous – they
cannot believe how wonderful the little guys are…they are a well kept secret in dog fancy.

photos.

Thanks for visiitng…
